Make-up Class Policy
Throughout the normal school year (September - May) you may schedule a total of 4 make-up classes and in the summer months (June - August) we are allotting 5 make-up classes. Scheduled make-up classes that exceed the class limit will be charged a $35.00 fee to your account and you will receive a notification. We do not allow school year make-up classes to carry over to the summer time and vice versa.
Make-up classes must be scheduled at least 48 hours before the preferred class. Cancellation must be within 24 hours of the scheduled class, otherwise it will be counted against your total allotment. In other words, you may not make-up a make-up class. We will do our best to schedule an in-person make-up class. However, please be aware due to the limited number of in-person classes we might need to schedule make-up classes through our online program. In the future, our objective is to schedule in-person make-ups within an in-person classes.
Lord of the Light requests that you fill out our "Un-enrollment" form 30 days prior to the month of un-enrollment. Students cannot attend any classes, including make-up classes, once they are un-enrolled.
Lost Art Supply Fee
In the case that a student loses their Curriculum Booklet or ShowTime papers, there will be an additional cost to resupply & deliver. Curriculum Booklets are an additional $17, and each Basic's ShowTime papers will be $20, with an addition delivery charge. For this reason, it is important for students to keep their papers and supplies in a designated place. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact our office admininstrator.
Please do not drop of your child earlier than 5 mins before class begins. We have a supervisor for only five minutes before and after class. Students are not allowed to go outside even if they see their parent's car. Please come to the door to pick up your child at the end of class. If you are 5 mins late, there will be an additional $15 charge to your credit card. For every 15 mins after the initial 5 mins, there will be an extra $15 charge. Please pick up your child on time!
After the pro-rated first month, tuition will be charged to your credit card on the first day of every month, regardless of holidays or breaks. If you have a new credit card, your card expires, or to update any other payment information please notify us before the upcoming month to avoid a $15 late charge on your account
Class Transfer Policy
Class changes can be done by contacting our admin at (408)499-7596. Please note that we may not be able to change your child's class as requested due to the limited amount of students per class. Your student may be put on a waitlist for a class if requested
Publicity Waiver & Release
As an art studio, we often photograph and video record our students and their artwork for advertising, promotion and other commercial purposes. You may be asked to optionally review and sign an additional waiver granting us this permission for your child. Please click on the link below to view and sign our "Publicity Waiver and Release" form.
