I know that is the response that others received on-line but it doesn't help. I don't understand how the USB ports on the docking station is just an extension of the motherboard. The USB ports only show up when the machine is docked, and the four USB's ports on the laptop itself work on the dock and off the dock. I thought that the dock has a USB hub inside it and even the Audio on the dock is transmitted via usb and then through the port. 1e1e36bf2d
